£10 betting credit for the Top Tipster each day, the person who has the largest points increase in the Tipster League If two or more people have the same increase in that day, the winner is randomly generated and displayed on the homepage.

Streak 5

£10 betting credit each day for the player who has had 5 consecutive days in profit. If two or more people have had 5 consecutive days in profit, the player with the highest profit over those 5 days is the winner and displayed on the homepage. Only users who have made a profit of at least 100 points over the 5 days qualify for this prize.

Annual Prize Terms & Conditions

The winner of the Racing UK Tipster Game for 2009 will be entitled to the following prize, on the conditions set out below:

• He or she will be Racing UK's resident tipster on www.racinguk.com/tipstergame for 2010, but not, for the avoidance of doubt on the Racing UK television channel or on the main Racing UK website on www.racinguk.com.
• He or she will be paid £500 per month, for 12 months (commencing 1st January 2010 and ending on 31st December 2010), provided that (a) the winner provides a minimum of 20 tips per month and (b) has a success ratio of at least 30%. Racing UK reserves the right to terminate the appointment if these criteria are not satisfied. For any month in which the tipping success rate falls below 30%, the tipster will be paid £300.
• Racing UK will, at its sole discretion, choose the winner from a shortlist of 10 possible candidates. The winner will not necessarily have achieved the highest score. He or she may, in the opinion of Racing UK, be a more dedicated or frequent user, or generally contribute more to the game. Users need to have placed at least 150 tips (that ran) in the Tipster Game to be in with a chance of winning and one winning tip cannot make up over 50% of their final score.
• The winner will be selected by Racing UK on or before 18 December 2009. The winner's name will be published on the www.racinguk.com/tipstergame website. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the competition, the decision of Racing UK shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• The prize is awarded at Racing UK's discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. Racing UK (acting reasonably) reserves the right not to select a winner, and/or to remove or amend selection criteria and/or the structure and operation of the competition if entries are not of the requisite standard.
